One Balm – Balm For A Busy Life

Pink and Green One Balm
How busy are you?  We most of us complain bitterly about having too much to do. As this article from the BBC points out, ‘Few facts about modern life seem more indisputable than how busy everyone seems to be. Across the industrialised world, large numbers of survey respondents tell researchers they’re overburdened with work, at the expense of time with family and friends.’

The article goes on to suggest that the opinions of some super busy people didn’t event get gathered because, according to this 2014 study, a big reason people refuse to take part in surveys is …. they’re too busy.

Whatever the ins and outs of all of that we’ve all of us enough to do. But there’s something else that’s becoming ever more important these days: value for money. And versatility. Who doesn’t love a versatile thing? In fact, if you think about it, they all intertwine. A versatile, multi-purpose product is bound to save you both money and time. You don’t need me to tell you how.

All of which has prompted me to focus this post on one product: One Balm.

One balm – balm for a busy life

Now I did formulate One Balm to be multipurpose, but recently I’ve learned of uses you lovely people have put it to that I hadn’t dreamt of – more of that shortly.  The uses I envisioned were:

  • Face mask
  • Lip balm
  • Nourishing nail balm
  • Eyebrow tamer
  • And as an all-round nourisher and seasonal skin-saver

On the topic of nail balm, one of my clients reports that she has, what she describes as, rogue cuticle skin around one little toe that becomes thickened and impossible to remove. She tells me our One Balm is the one – ha! – thing that will soften it, enabling her to trim it off with cuticle scissors. Yet another, had problems with dry skin on her hooves (her word not mine!) that had resisted everything she’d thrown at them and slathered on them. Hence, it was desperation that led her to give One Balm a go. The results were positive I’m pleased to relay. It’s also enjoyed success at treating acne of all things.

Make-up primer

But the newest use that my fab customers have found for it is a make-up primer.

A number of ladies have reported to me of late, that they use it as a moisturiser come make-up primer. They tell me the One Balm creates a super smooth base that helps their make-up to glide on. This has the happy side effect of using less of their cosmetic products to get the coverage they seek. Yet more time and money saving in action!
