How does my diet affect my skin? 

Smoothing skincare products on your skin is a wonderful way to support, help heal and protect your skin – but it is only part of the story of skin health.

Feeding your skin from the inside as well as the outside, as well as exercising your physical and mental well-being, is key to our sense of holistic and natural beauty. Our outer appearance and feeling of self- worth is also the result of our inner health.

I met nutritional therapist and functional medicine practitioner Rosie Letts BSc mBANT CNHC a couple of years ago, completely struck by her devotion in helping people learn what health really means.  Her programmes can help with all manner of ailments.  She specialises in infertility, eczema, gut health, hormone imbalances, thyroid problems, weight control, PCOS, menopause, and adrenal issues  – with over 800+ successful clients from all over the world.

I left Rosie with some of our skincare range to try and agreed to follow her 12 month Reinvent programme.

With 250+ recipes, 12 weekly meal plans, a 12 week course in nutrition, a cravings journal, weekly webinar recordings and endless professional resources, I was completely taken aback at the amount of support Rosie offers to help get you on track with your eating lifestyle.  Although I consider I eat quite healthily, I learnt so much by following the well laid out “step by step” style of the programme.
